Tracy Effinger - Squeeze DVD question

I have three of the Squeeze workouts, Lower Body Squeeze, Squeeze Stronger, and the DVD that says 30-day transformation on the cover. I was doing some googling and saw a DVD that says Squeeze complete workout with a different cover, but the description of the workout sounds the same as the 30-day transformation. Does anyone know if these are the same workout?

They are the same workout. Squeeze Complete was released by Tracy and then Gaiam bought that DVD from her and re-released it with the new cover and called it 30 day Transformation

I really wish these companies would stop doing that. It feels like a ripoff!

As I said in another thread, this happens with paperback books all the time, and every time they change the cover, the price goes up. It doesn't surprise me that dvd distributers do the same thing. Remember all the different Firm covers for the same workout.

She only has three workouts. I do wish that one day she will get back into the fitness industry and produce more workouts. It's been years since I've done any of the squeeze workouts, but I love them all.
