Question Black Fire Question

How do these workouts differ from Skinny Rules or Zuzana's ZCUT workouts?

I did 6 weeks of Black Fire when it was released and cherry pick here and there now. BF workouts are Bob's best workouts ever! DB music, production, background exercisers are top notch! The whole 6 weeks that I did BF, I never once got bored (which is strange because I have exercise ADD

I run a FB group of ~160 people who are totally in love with the program. Very
motivating! I approved the CEOs and production people to join the group as well. We're still going strong since December

We really want DB to film more with him as I think he's found his niche in this type of production. Some of the best I've done!

Better production/music/moves. I have Skinny Rules and I don't like them.
Some of the same moves, but it feels generic. For what it's worth, I have all of Bob's full workout dvds, I love Bob, but I found his workout dvds tedious. When I tried BF with Bob, I thought, "Wow! He is reaching his niche"

DB Black Fire is a step up in production, moves, and Bob has so much fun with the background exercisers. It's like you are really there with them.

Do you need a pull up bar for BF?

No just some weights, a box/step and definitely a towel cause you are going to sweat yourself silly.
