Sue-It looks like Jessica starts out with a low impact move, and then shows a high impact version. I can't do high impact either.

This looks really nice. I love ballet jumps but I must admit that I am cringing watching her jump on that concrete.

I thought the same thing about the concrete, yikes. Does anyone know what type of foot wear that is?

I think it's those nike dance shoes. There is a rubber sole, but the rest of the foot is basically open.
