Any info/feedback on Squeeze Down E-book by Tracy Effinger?

I found the Squeeze Down E-book on Tracy Effinger's website and searches of VF didn't really reveal too much info about it (sorry if I missed past threads due to poor/impatient searching).

These are all of the details about it provided on her website :
The Squeeze Down e-book offers fabulous ideas on how to Squeeze the most out of your workouts. This informative e-book includes beginner through advanced rotation suggestions incorporating Squeeze DVDs, as well as a four week Squeeze cardio and clean eating program.

Has anyone purchased/used the book? $15 seems steep for a pdf file, especially when there is next to no information about it. Anyone care to share some info?
How many pages is it?
Is the info helpful/worthwhile?
What exactly is in there? (I wish I could preview the table of contents or something)
Do you feel it's worth $15?

Yes -- I got it. Meh.

It has some rotations -- which is the only reason I got it -- but I thought it was very little for the money. I remember others saying the same thing.

Thanks for the input, Shortie. I assumed as much - it sort of sounded like she had taken the kind of suggested rotations and generic dietary advice that most instructors will post on their website/blog for free and turned it into an overpriced ebook.

I just recently erased mine because I NEVER used it! In her rotations she added how you can add cardio to the squeeze workouts, but it was nothing new. Totally over priced.
