Rave: Squeeze! Youch!

I've had the original Squeeze workout in my collection for a long time, but I just used it all the way through yesterday for the first time. If DOMS is an indication of a good workout I must have gotten a good workout! My glutes and abs are particularly sore - in a good way. If you just watch this workout it doesn't look too tough, but it really gets at those hard to reach muscles. This is a great workout if you want to tone without heavy weights and tons of repetitions.

I did the arms/triceps/push ups from original squeeze today. Oh it had me quivering! Such a good workout!

Love Squeeze!

The Squeezes are on my very short list of workouts that will need to be pried from my cold, dead hands.

Your cold, dead very strong hands? That will be Squeezing the DVDs??

When I sometimes start to contemplate what DVDs I would take with me when we have a year's sabbatical (aiming for 2013), Squeeze is always on my definitely taking list.

Thanks ladies for making me rethink putting Squeeze on the trading block. I had only previewed it before deciding it wasn't for me, now I'll have to try it this week.

Barb, I did the same thing. I was nonplussed when I previewed the Squeeze Stronger workout and actually rolled my eyes. However, doing it (and having difficulty walking the next day) converted me.

I too recently acquired all 3 Squeezes and love them. I had the original Squeeze when it first came out but just didn't connect with it at all. I was mainly doing Cathe w/o's at that time. What was I thinking?! These are great and now I wouldn't part with them for anything.
