I did Full Squeeze today and I like it too. I agree that a lot of these type of workouts lack in upper body. That is not the case with this workout. I started with 3 lb weights and then dropped down to 2. She really works the shoulders and triceps.

I think Grace is tougher for lower body with the IBallets. But that's because she spends more time with it and does more reps. I think fuzzie's combo would be just as tough as Grace's (although I haven't tried it yet). I like the little pelvic rotations that Tracey adds to the leg work.

I'm glad that I bought this workout.

I'm very afraid of the iBallets, then
I could barely move enough to do the pelvic rotation yesterday - my lower body was burning!

I upped my weights a bit, and got through more of the legs and abs, but man that L is a killer - no way I could do this workout every day.

The only thing that keeps me from grabbing this, is that it seems a lot like Grace Lazenby's isculpt. Which is way cheaper. But it does look good, and this is the one kind of workout I DON'T have in my collection. Bodyweight sculpting stuff.

Red, I caved (got an email from Tracy that they're on their way to me). It was having more upper body work than LB/BM/Callanetics have.

Now I have Charlene Prickett's No Equipment Needed and bet there's some interesting body weight upper body work on that one...no, haven't done it yet...

There definitely is! And more versions of planks than I could imagine exsisted.

I ordered Squeeze on Friday. I wasn't sure the order went through, and I haven't gotten the email everyone is talking about. Maybe I just thought I ordered.

Me too! I emailed Tracy to make sure and got a nice response from her saying she did receive my order and it's now on its way.

I did all the Custom Squeeze exercises today and feel badly that I gave incorrect information in my initial review. Of the 7 sections, only 3 are new. The other 4 are repeats from the one-hour workout. Those three sections (pretzel, something-plank, abs) are good ones but I feel badly for not posting correctly in my haste to review it.

I corrected the original post. It's still a good workout though.
