So of course I thought "Beginners, follow Libby"

I love Pam Cauthen and feel the FIRM has shot themselves in the foot here. She has a strong video following, and that can only hurt their sales IMO! (((((HUGS))))) sandi

Maybe we're assuming incorrectly about the ending of the relationship between The Firm and Pam here. For all we know, it was an amicable parting of the ways because Pam decided to pursue other interests which happened to be in conflict with her employment at The Firm. Assuming that she was 'fired' unfairly might not be accurate. Maybe it is; maybe it isn't. We just don't know.

From the articles linked to, it seems she's got a good thing going and I congratulate her and wish her all the best. It's unfortunate for those of us who'll miss her in future Firm workouts though
