I love Val's stuff too, I've been with her for over six months now and really enjoy her combinations. Especially now that I'm dealing with a lot of change in my life (retirement sooner than planned, home sale, relocation, uncertainty) her 30 minute routines are great for getting my movement in. I enjoy the mental challenge of making them dancier. And you can't beat the price!

I've begun looking at these as well. I always thought they were too slow and lacked variety -- not sure why I thought that, maybe based on one I viewed on Youtube?
I like the music, I like the scenery, I like the no talking (!), and I like the low impact throughout. I'm not into Leslie's bouncing, fist bumping, etc. I can see these moves would be easy to modify up with hand weights or dancey moves, I'm good with that. How long is the free trial?

Cannot beat the price or the variety in moves, music, and scenery.
WOW has kept me moving and even smiling through lots of stressful times. Combinations are repeated enough where you can do your own tweaks but not too often to feel monotonous or tedious. Sometimes I follow mindlessly enjoying the whole effect. Sometimes I modify for bouncing on a bungee more intensely. Sometimes for seating in a chair with or without light weights. The routines are so great that I have even been revisiting some of my favorites which I do not do even with dvds or digital purchases. For example, I love the country cornfield routine much more than BB Country Heat. Just try the free trial and decide on your own. I even pause in between some months for a couple of weeks to force myself to do other workouts and then return for several*new* routines. Barb S

You certainly sing their praises Barb!
Ok I'm biting, but I'm a dummy when it comes to technology. My exercise room doesn't have a smart tv or roku, etc. Just a reg tv and dvd player. Can I only watch these workouts on a laptop? Can they be viewed on another device, like my 10" Kindle Fire? Purple player or whatever-you-call-it? If it's not convenient for me to view the workouts I won't use them so I have to figure this out. Thanks for any help!! ETA - Barb, I'm guessing you subscribe at the yearly rate?

There is a Vimeo OTT vhx app that may or may not work on the Kindle Fire. It does work on my cheap tablet but I still prefer using a laptop. Barb S
