Julie, I would classify them as light to moderate. There are plenty of opportunities to take the cardio sections up. Alice wears athletic shoes and shows levels from low to moderate impact here and there (jumping jacks, squats with jump ups, etc.).

I recently got a Fitbit Alta HR and have been noticing that Bellyfit cardio sections are auto-logged as aerobics. It's one of those sneaky workouts.

Last night I did only the cardio from workout 2, Pleasure. Maybe it's because I was rushing to get through it, but I didn't enjoy it as much as episode 1. It was one that I should have worn shoes for. So far I think this series is a little more belly dance.

I am trying to log into my purchases so I can get the sizes of the downloads, but the site is really slow. I will try again later.

ETA: here are the sizes of the files for the first episode of season two. I assume they are all the same since they will all be 45 minutes.
I am guessing they offer widescreen and regular screen.

I see that S2E3 "Balance" has not been released yet? Did Alice posted anything on FB about a delay?

Sherry, did I see a post from you about an episode named "Flow"? I can't find it listed in Season 2, so maybe I've only imagined it.

"Flow" is a type of class they offer, not the title of a class released. I think a description is buried in their site somewhere. I will check later.

Dana, the class formats are described on this page:

For season two, I think there are nine Bellyfit classes, two flow classes and one Sage class.

Hmm, it's Monday and no word about episode 3. Maybe it's because she had back to back phone chats during the week. I was surprised at all the hours chats were booked for with Alice and other members of her team.

Alice has a lot more open slots up through the end of September. Go for it! She was super friendly.
