I have the free version, but I don't care for the practices it generates. I usually do Udaya.com and Travis Eliot practices for reference. I felt like the practices don't flow well for me. The sequencing was odd, too. Also, the person on the screen moves more quickly than the voice over and I found that distracting for poses like side crow. I really want to like it, because I love the idea of having a different and customizable practice every time I want to do yoga. It has music, too, which I love.
But you should try the free version if you haven't already! You might like it. I think it boils down to your personal preference.
