I ordered Step Heat from the Collage catalog after doing Jane Fonda's Step/Abs video about a million times on that short step that came with it.

After that, I was addicted to complicated

step, and bought my club sized step to go along with all of the new Cathe videos that I had to have.

I can't even remember who it was it was so long ago. The workout was tough then and would probably be just as tough now although I haven't done it in years and years. I bought other Cathe workouts over the years but nothing in the last five or more years. She now has so many workouts I just can't keep track.

How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding was the first Cathe workout I used and a great "first" for anyone who wants to try Cathe.

I found PowerMax and MegaStep Blast at the library and fell in love. I think the first ones I ordered were Wedding, Step Heat, and PowerMax.
