Jaime Brenkus 8-minute DVDs for beginners, over 50

I saw these DVDs on Amazon:
Little Black Dress
28 Day Size Down Challenge

They're made by Jaime Brenkus who instructed 8-Minute Abs way back when, and are in the same 8 minutes a day format.

I stumbled across that Little Black Dress DVD a couple of days ago. I couldn't find any clips, though.

You can sign up for access to 4 free video samples.

Online access to each specific workout plan (without DVD) is only $9.99. I can't tell how many 8-minute workouts are included (though it says "11 days" or "28 days").

Is the streaming access a one-time charge?? (Most seem to be moving to subscriptions, right?)

These look a little cheesy (as in "retro and endearing"), as well as doable for this over-60 body that's in rehab mode. So of course, I ordered both of them.

I think it would be a hoot to combine these newer workouts with the original 8-minute workouts. Love the striped shorty unitard and the tomato cans.

I do 8 minute arms and 8 minute abs as add-ons. Cheesy, maybe, but zero dread. Perhaps my opinion is in the minority, but I find Jaime's boyish enthusiasm to be really sweet.

Will do! They're supposed to arrive late tomorrow, and I plan to start right away.

I edited my earlier post to reflect my love of cheese. Didn't mean "cheesy" as a negative at all. Jaime's 55 now and still has that boyish charm.

These look really good, thanks for posting! The clips kind of remind me of Jessica Smith's workouts, but I don't click with her for some reason even though she's very pleasant, so maybe these would be worth trying for me. I enjoy the 8 Minute series, so I already know that I click with Jaime more.

I do as well. I have the ability to do You Tube videos on my TV now and want to do the old 8 minute series. I never had the DVDs, wish I would have bought them long ago but at least the series is on You Tube.

The new ones look good, might have to think about these.
