I added Jessica's last four workouts to the post. If I missed any of the workouts, please let me know.
I added the interval walk/jog that she just posted today, the stability ball workout, the metabolic workout and a core workout.

You're very welcome! I am trying to keep up with new workouts as Jessica posts them, but I had gotten a little behind.
If I remember, I am putting the newest workouts in each category at the top of the category listing.

The Best Summer Leg Shapers
Tank Top Arms
Twenty minute bikini body circuit
Full Length 30 Minute HIIT

I did her Stride & Step the other evening and she fried my thighs! I haven't been stepping much and it was a nice alternative.
