Awesome that you tried Maggie’s workout and that you liked it.
It’s great and highly possible to fit a 15 minutes workout in.
I have been doing the p90x still! So it’s my 4th week.
Monday was p90x yoga
Tuesday was p90x core synergetics
Today was kenpo
I did walks and my yoga and some barre too.
