According to the envelope, my DVDs were sent first class using a commercial base price. I went into USPS.com -- lots of numbers there, but the rate seemed to be $7.75, based upon my zip code.
I paid $8.53 for the two-day priority mail to ship the DVDs to my house. Which means that I paid $0.78 for whatever extra costs were involved. I'm okay with that.

Agreed. I love Lauren's workouts. I don't always agree with everything, but I guess I just let it roll off my back and don't think twice about it. I'm happy she's still putting out DVDs and whenever I have the urge to do kettlebells it's always Lauren. I do love the outside setting but will get by.
As for the shipping costs - it's spelled out when you're placing your order. If you don't agree, don't buy. It's not like there are hidden charges you're unaware about? Everyone under the sun on ebay gauges shipping, so it happens. I don't fault her for wanting to make a profit somewhere.
