I wish there was a longer clip of the workout(s)...

Jolt is 8 min and Bulldog is 12 and it was the perfect combination. I added on the warm up for about a 23 min workout. Burned about 300 calories. Not too shabby for that short of a workout.

I believe she has another coupon code out there right now??? Yes, $10 off - code "summer10"
I've been thinking about getting this as a metabolic finisher to the upper/lower DB workouts I've been doing. Are all the workouts short or do they increase as you move through them?

Sorry, just saw this. I'm out of town so haven't been checking the forum as thoroughly on my phone.

There are definitely more bodyweight moves in Incinerator than in any other of Lauren's workouts I own, but they are still primarily kettlebell based, some about half and half as Sue said. Many of the moves she has mixed in before, but there are more together in each workout in these.

My best advice is to look at my post just a couple above this one. I give a link to another thread, and starting on page 48 there I talk about each of the six workouts as I do them, and I list every move in each set/section, in order. Kind of a mini-breakdown. That should give you a good idea of what they are like!

Thanks, Nicole! Your posts in that thread are helpful.
