Order P90 at 12pm EST today!

I just read on the P90 FB site that this will be released at noon EST! It's only available through a coach, and not at the BB site.

On the fence on this, I don't want something too easy. Who's ordering?

I'm in as long as they aren't recycled workouts made longer as you advance by just adding in a few moves...

I'm also on the fence. I'm waiting to see what the reviews are and will take it from there. I don't want anything too easy, but on the other hand, I am looking for something to do when I'm recovering from an injury that isn't too high impact or 'extreme'. I was using 10 Minute Trainer for that purpose but have become bored with it. I found this on a BB coach's website that explains what P90 is: http://www.ncfitclub.com/p90-launching-923/

Interesting. I always liked P90, it is a simple basic program. I just got bored with it. This might be worth checking into.

I'd like more variety than the original. As is, the original was so basic that it was kinda boring. The new set is fresh, but I hope some of the exercises are a little more current.

I can't remember, but is any equipment needed other than dumbbells?

You can use tubing, much like Slim Series. BB will probably offer the red one in this beginner set.

thankyou! Not that I can get it right now, but everything seems to need pull up bars and stability balls, etc.. nowadays.

Here's a 9 minute clip I found on youtube from June. Two Beachbody coaches try a 25 minute workout for the first time, and comment on how they felt about the workout. About half way into the clip you can see clips from the workout. I think this is the "Saturday Special." Both said it's not as easy as they thought it would be, and they did the more challenging moves (not following the modifier.)
