I'm also on the fence. I'm waiting to see what the reviews are and will take it from there. I don't want anything too easy, but on the other hand, I am looking for something to do when I'm recovering from an injury that isn't too high impact or 'extreme'. I was using 10 Minute Trainer for that purpose but have become bored with it. I found this on a BB coach's website that explains what P90 is: http://www.ncfitclub.com/p90-launching-923/

Here's a 9 minute clip I found on youtube from June. Two Beachbody coaches try a 25 minute workout for the first time, and comment on how they felt about the workout. About half way into the clip you can see clips from the workout. I think this is the "Saturday Special." Both said it's not as easy as they thought it would be, and they did the more challenging moves (not following the modifier.)
