Thanks looks interesting..I notice it looks like she's working out with her new boyfriend Todd 0n the DVD, this is the guy she worked hard to get into shape. His before and after pic are so amazing...hard to believe that's it's the same person. I think she mention on FB this is the program/similar program she used with him

Yes she was married....she announced on FB (her personal page) a few months ago that she is in a relationship with Todd. Never mention anything about her Husband

I love that she's included bottoms up work. The skateboard as ab wheel is priceless. I generally like Lauren's workouts, but I really dislike the music.
