I assume you are talking about their age???

Kathy is the best looking 55 year old I know of.

Well, they weren't old when they started in the '80s!! And neither was I. But we can certainly blaze the trail with these stars.

Thanks for sharing. I always wanted to know how old Tamilee was.

Kathy Smith raises an excellent point about the 'exercise rut'. I've usually workout in the mornings but recently have done evening workouts because I can't get myself to do anything earlier in the day and then I feel guilty so I'll fit a workout in . But I'm sleeping better and since I've been up all day I feel the workout more. The other benefit is since I've taken over the den, Hubby will join in occasionally.

I work out with Tamilee Webb almost everyday (doing her stretching dvd and lately her Tight on Time workouts) and everyday I think about how fabulous she looks. I have a lot of her older stuff too and I really think her looks have improved with age. She's one of my heroes.

I would have liked to see Denise Austin included as well as she also have improved with age (though she and Kathy Smith still get on my nerves as instructors!!).

I've seen both Kathy and Tamilee in person at fitness conventions. They were both in fantastic shape.

I'm glad to see that us "old gals" can inspire you young folks!
