Sherry, didn't we have a conversation awhile back about making pumpkin butter? I thought I told you it was really easy but you had maintained your allegiance to TJs. Glad you decided to try it; the recipe you posted looks to be pretty similar to mine.

I am not sure. Maybe start with 1/4th of a tsp first?

You are welcome! You could taste it when it is done and still on the stove and then add a bit more if you need to.
