Check-in: Method Pilates Target Zones, with a light weighted bar.

I had thought I might walk on the Pacific Grove part of the ocean-view path after I dropped DD at work, but it was 55* with a nasty wind. I will do it some other day.

Diana, thanks for starting our month!

Belated Happy April to all. Yesterday I did a Skogg workout, which was hard as always, but later in the day I got a migraine due to DH putting on the oven self-cleaner which made for bad fumes. So today I only did 10 minutes of barre3 so far. I am feeling a bit better so I may do something later. It's 70 and sunny here -- beautiful day for a pandemic. Forgot to go to my online WW meeting, but did have an online get together with my yoga class, but no actual yoga. It's hard to remember what day it is.

Sorry to be MIA again. I took it pretty hard that my sweetie can't be here for his vacation because of travel restrictions. I cried for two days. His son sent me a wonderful text this morning and I cried again. I'm sure we'll be ok but it will be a sad few months.

Today I did Joyce Vedral's Definition upper body. I used dumbbells, bands, and my honey's multi-station muscle machine. I don't know what it's called but it's definitely making me strong.

Another day I alternated rowing with squats and lunges. That was kinda fun so I'm doing it again tomorrow.

Today I did my FB rotation workout: Strong, Lean, Toned Arms, Chest and Shoulders Workout, as well as walking about 2.5 miles outdoors.

Lynn, I fought a migraine for most of the day today too, and it didn't help when our next door neighbor started a smoky fire near our fence and all the smoke blew into our yard and seeped into the house. Someone in the neighborhood apparently called the fire dept., but even after that there was smoke happening (not as much). Sheesh, and when we are all locked into our homes too!

Linda, sorry about your beau not being able to come. Good to hear you are able to get some workout therapy though!

DD did a lot of April Fools' Day pranks yesterday, mostly involving scotch tape. She's a sweet girl. Took a lot of delight in her pranks. I'm not a pranks fan but I pulled a few on her in return because she begged me to. The highlight was short-sheeting her bed, which she had never heard of. Glad April Fools' comes just once a year!
