My all-time favourite kickboxing dvd is Powerstrike 6. I also like Powerstrike 5, Tracy Staehle's Cardio Kickbox Challenge and KCM's Train Like a Contender. For cardio I also like to do a short HIIT workout from Turbo Fire followed by some youtube dance workouts. When I do a barre rotation I usually do 3 days of barre, 2 days of cardio and then 1 day of yoga or Essentrics.
