3 months until my wedding...what do you think?

Hi!

I've got just over 3 months until my wedding day. I am pretty happy with my weight right now, but I would like to continue to tone my upper body and my thighs too (if possible!). My thought is to use Slim Series and throw in some P90X and maybe Gilad (for a functional twist)...I've been also using Squeeze and SP for my lower body. I'm not one to do strict rotations, but I think I could stick with these for the short term. (I'm ok with Slim series--it doesn't bore me) I will also do cardio (TJ, TK, hiking)

I'm tempted by Barry's Bootcamp, but maybe I should use what i have or I may have too many choices!

Sound like a decent plan??

Only if you're having fun! I'd do the workouts that make you feel good and ready to tackle wedding-related stresses, particularly as you're happy with you're weight and only want to do a little toning. If these workouts do that--then great! My vote is always for TJ! Can you use weighted gloves to do double duty (cardio and arm toning) with these workouts? I also like tubing workouts--they'd be great for ub toning, IMO.

Congratulations!

Congratulations Julie

One of my best friends just got married and 10 weeks before her wedding she did

Chest and Back work from Cathe's DVD's (except Slow and Heavy) and
Get Hard Arms and Shoulders with Cory Everson.--3 times a week.
She then did Hard Body Yoga with Tari Rose 1-2 times a week and Tracey Staehle's Core DVD 1-2 times a week.

She coupled this with spinning, running, and kickboxing, and stepping-1 time a week each.

I'm not sure what she did for her lower body (I think she used gym equipment) but her upper body and abs looked fantastic on her wedding day.

thanks

i agree..i am doing workouts that i like and am motivated to do! i like Slim Series and it seems to give me some nice definition in my arms. i surely will do TJ...i love it! I did Gilad's Cuts and Curves last night for a change..it had quite a bit of tubing moves on it.

I wish Cory's Get hard was on dvd!! we don't have a vcr anymore. rats...
it is awesome...i will pull out some Cathe's for upper body tho...good reminder.

I wouldn't get through this time without working out!!

Slim Series ought to do the job! Second for GHAS - that one gives me great upper body definition. Squats and lunges for quads..
