i had to check your history, and i noticed you don't post too often.

i'm not a CS afficionado, but she's all the rage here, and i would NOT have considered her "vintage" - in fact, she's very active, including her daughter Sahra who leads all of the Essentrics workouts.

CS has lots of youtube workouts too that you can check out, and for that matter, many, many other instructors that have unweighted workouts.

lots of barre workouts do not use weights too.

Tracey Anderson's original mat workout has a brutal section of unweighted arm work. It always makes me cry like a baby, lol.

Particularly if you're looking for Classical Stretch as a short-term option, if computer workouts an option for you, you might consider signing up for their streaming channel for a few months. You'll get a tonne of variety for about what it would cost you to buy a dvd or two.
