Amazing venue and what a concert - we went to Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros - only knowing one song going in and it was such a fantastic show - so interactive and fun!

Great report, glad you had such a wonderful time. I'm sorry if Tracy mentions this in her workouts, but why the heat?

The concert sounds fun too!

It sounds wonderful. Can you tell us what the meals included and what was in the gift bag.
I like Tracy and am glad to hear she was personable and committed.
I have just committed to doing more of her w/o's after a long break so you really inspired me. I might even buy or try to trade for Omni continuity.
Thanks again and I am so glad you had such a wonderful time.
Your review of your trip was great.

She stressed so many times that the only thing that works is “Hard Work” and that consistency is the key. She urged everyone over and over to lose the quick-fix mentality and embrace the process.
This is so true and it seems the most successful (as in body results) fitness people are constantly stressing this. For permanent change, you have to change permanently.

Kirsten,

Wow, it sounds like you had a fabulous time! I'm so happy it was a positive experience for you I would like to hear more about the cardio drills - were they traditional moves (burpess, mountain climbers) or Tonique-like (lunge variations) or completely different?

I'm happy to hear that she emphasized eating whole foods and working hard rather than a quick fix or starving yourself. I've seen her meal home delivery service and it does look wonderful. Too expensive for me, though!

Good luck with Meta, and let us know how that's going. Do you have to buy Glute now or did you already have it?
