Wow, it sounds like you had a fabulous time! I'm so happy it was a positive experience for you I would like to hear more about the cardio drills - were they traditional moves (burpess, mountain climbers) or Tonique-like (lunge variations) or completely different? I'm happy to hear that she emphasized eating whole foods and working hard rather than a quick fix or starving yourself. I've seen her meal home delivery service and it does look wonderful. Too expensive for me, though! Good luck with Meta, and let us know how that's going. Do you have to buy Glute now or did you already have it? ~ Beth ~ |
