There should have been a calendar with it. Are you used to doing high impact, high intensity workouts?

Just do what's on the calendar for a week or so. You will know in a few days if these are enough or if you want to add something to them. I had to stop as I pulled muscle's in my back 3 weeks in. I;m not used to that level of intensity and it was too much too soon for me. when my back feels better, I will probably only do them 2-3 days a week and not back to back. Since you have done Insanity, this level of impact should be fine for you.

As everyone said, there should be a calendar that came with it, and it's reprinted in the inside fold of the DVD case if they didn't include the calendar.

I'm about to start my fifth week of it. The first 3 1/2 weeks I did it as planned, but I started to get bored and have added in some Dream Body workouts this past week.

Like CHAPLYN61, I also started having some knee and back issues (and so did my husband), so just be careful with it if you have any issues.

Well, in Alpha there are 5 workouts: 2 cardio, 3 strength

Cardio:

Cardio (guess that goes without saying)
Speed 1.0 (has 1-2 minutes cardio with 1 minute stretching for 15 minutes of the video)

Body weight:

Ab Intervals (has some minor cardio)
Total Body
Lower Body - very cardio intensive, but works the lower body pretty well - but could absolutely be considered cardio.

Beta is more Cardio or strength.

Speed 2.0 is fun.
Core Cardio is cardio, just with a core focus (high knees, burpees, etc).

Ript and Upper focus are pure strength with a cardio warm up

Dynamic core is 1/2 similar to Core Cardio, have floor abs.

Hope that helps you use these as you would like
