I found these DVDs and they were all still in the shrink wrap:
The Firm BSS2 Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs The Firm Total Body Fat Blaster The Firm BSS Super Cardio Sculpt The Firm Cardio Calorie Killer 2 The Firm Form Points I was very excited, especially about the BSS DVDs. I'm not familiar with the others. |

My most recent thrift store dvd purchases were:
Turbo Jam Punch, Kick, and Jam Booty Sculpt + Abs Cardio Party Mix 3 Cathe Basic Step Look Better Naked All were $2, with an additional 25% off for senior (55+) discount day. |

This score Thursday might just exceed last year's brand new Hex 25# dumbbells for $3.99 - Goodwill has been an excellent fitness friend to me out here! I found the complete boxed set, still in shrinkwrap, of Brazil Butt Lift for $9.99. It looks like there are 3 books in it besides the dvd folio. I don't know if the tape measure and pencil is in it LOL I actually left it there, as I had no interest in doing the program. When I told fitness friends on Facebook, one put in a request to buy it, so I went back the next day and grabbed it for her. There were also unsealed dvds of Tony's 10 Minute Trainer, but at $2.99 each they weren't as good a deal as BBL. I love my Goodwill!!

Kathy Smith Project You Full Body Circuit $1 Jane Fonda's Fit & Strong $1 Soul sweat $1 (wasn't familiar with it,but heck it was only a buck) Saw 2 of Billy Blank's Bootcamps also for $1, but I'm not a fan. These were all at Half Price Books, bought 8 $1 books as well. |
