a few dance
men's health 15 minute
original Callanetics
Brazil Butt Lift 3 disc

all for $3.49 each, even the multi-disc sets
i find it ironic that the two i changed to red font in your post were also at our thrift store. i have BBL and like it; i would've grabbed the Tracey Mallett DVD, even if i'm far from being pregnant or even post partum! i was considering getting that DVD recently, only because i like Tracey, and i wanted to see Lisa Wheeler coach her. i'm a lisa wheeler fan!

callanetics is also very trade-worthy. i have it too.

Funny, isn't it? And for some reason, both of those are behind the glass counter in front. I'm pretty sure they're not sealed because i saw them in the regular section a few months ago.

The TM dvd was either a pink or red cover with only Tracey on the cover, and she looked different. (Younger?) I'd never seen it before. I'll probably go back today since I'll be in the area. I'll take pix or at least get the title, now I'm curious about it.

3/6: went back yesterday, it's Pregnancy System 3 in 1 w/old cover
BBL was gone
Amy's is called Total Workout in 10 (is it just a re-release of Perfect Body?), and it was sealed

I got a ZIN set at one of my Goodwills recently.

I like it a lot. It has four DVDs, large, hard case.

It has all of their "moves" on a DVD, then another DVD with basics, then a 20-minute and then a full hour.

Four DVDs for $2.92, and the "forbidden" factor makes it even more fun.

ZIN is the Zumba Instructor, um, Network, maybe.

It is like the Les Mills instructor DVDs. They aren't to be sold or given away.
Some people get the Zumba "certification" just so they can get the monthly (?) ZIN compilations.

This isn't a thrift store find but a Craigslist find, 8 DVDs for $30. I just LOVE Craigslist!!!

THE BIGGEST LOSER:
1. Weight Loss Yoga
2. Cardio Max Weight-Loss
3. Boot Camp

JILLIAN:
4. Yoga Meltdown

CATHE FRIEDRICH:
5. Low Impact Challenge
6. Low Impact Circuit- Unopened
7. Cardio Fusion- Unopened
8. Step Moves

The only other time I saw Cathe on Craigslist the person wanted full price for the DVDs - something like 10 DVD for $300 - I feel so lucky!!!

This weekend I scored a pair of padded 2 lb. hand weights (4 lbs. total) for $5. They are very cool. I used them to intensify the punches in Jillian MIchael's Banish Fat workout last Saturday and love them. I also scored two like-new non-iron petite Brooks Brothers shirts that fit me perfectly. They are beautiful and look like they just came off the rack! $10 for both! .... I now have a collection of 6 quality Brooks Brothers non-iron shirts that I have found at the thrift stores over the past 2 years for a grand total of $30. They would have easily cost me $500 retail. I wear them all the time on the weekends with jeans.

Nice score! I'm jealous!

Our Goodwill stinks. The only good thing I got there, years ago, was a pristine copy of Jane Fonda's original Workout.
