any thrift store finds lately?

i went to my favorite Savers store. i picked up:
1) Cathe's Travel Fit
2) Amy Dixon Women's Health Total Body Workout (aka Perfect Body Workout)

there were others:
cathe low impact step (have this already)
men's health 15 min workout (have this)
leslie "you can do" workouts (pilates, yoga, abs)
body wisdom Pilates complete with karen garcia
jari ripped to the core
kathy smith personal trainer (tempted!)
the firm cardioweights system 4-disc case (have this already) - i had to open it and oogle for a while.
the firm core solutions (considered it, but put it back)
KCM circuit burn (held it, considered it, put it back; i have one of her 30MTF workouts, but don't feel the love for it)

the cool thing is that the 2 i picked up were charged at 50% off - so my total bill was $3 + tax.

I found Power Fit for $3.99-but it was 50% off day, so that made it $1.99!! Shrinkwrapped even!!!

Jeannine, I thought of you when I went to Goodwill. I found a VHS of Kathy Smith Aerobox with Michael O. and a still sealed 2pack VHS of Petra Kolber Latin moves and maybe VStep , something like that. I said to myself, I wonder if this is a good thrift store find.

Cathe DVDs in a thrift store--that is great! I have never seen them around here in a thrift store. Thrift stores here lately have had nothing related to fitness, but Craiglist has been great -- I have gotten heavy dumbbells and platemates (small additional magnet weights for dumbbells) at great prices.

Gosh I love shopping at thrift stores! I just wish we had some vidiots here in little Montana - I once found Cathes Basic Step at a yard sale once, but that's about the extent of it.

(Speaking of thrift stores, does anyone like that song Thrift Shop by Macklemore?? Ok ok, my taste in music is juvenile, but that song cracks me up! Don't go looking for it though because the unedited lyrics are awful!)

Wow those are some amazing DVDs to see at the thrift store. I never find anything when I go. I have been looking for a club step for years...
The only things I have ever seen are old rusty dumbells and a few VHS Firm Fanny Lifter tapes.

i had to go directly to youtube to watch it!!! it was hilarious!
the video for Thrift Store reminds me of the salvation army in our city - not very well displayed. however, Saver's and Goodwill have nicer presentations of their items. plus, Saver's and Goodwill have 50% days.

how about Weird Al's "Ebay Song"? here's the youtube video.

Tracy - that's an awesome deal on PowerFit.
