Callanetics/Lotte Berk/Bar Method style exercises are
awesome for lifting the glutes and slimming the hips and thighs! They don't have the "fun" factor like Turbo Jam does (Callanetics is especially tedious) but if you can force yourself to get through the workout you will love the results
