I didn't like this as much as the Sculpt one in the first set. I need to try it again, it may be on it's way to e-bay.

I like it too and get a nice burn after doing it. I usually add it on to one of the Cardio Party workouts or the TJ 20-minute workout. Granted, it's not heavy or serious weight work, but it's fun and a great add-on.

Callanetics/Lotte Berk/Bar Method style exercises are awesome for lifting the glutes and slimming the hips and thighs! They don't have the "fun" factor like Turbo Jam does (Callanetics is especially tedious) but if you can force yourself to get through the workout you will love the results
