Check-in: Day 19 abs. The high reps are getting tedious. Day 20 kettlebell. I had thought I could also do day 21 and be done with it, but day 21 was ot posted.

I'm gearing up for another go at LIIFT 4, which is on beachbody. I know I want to do heavy weights. Not sure I want to do the HIIT, but as I recall, they provide good low-impact modifications. That's next week.

Yesterday I didn't work out, but I was packing and doing some cleaning. I didn't even leave the house or take a walk. At the end of the day I was shocked to see on my phone that I had walked almost six miles. In my house, lol. I walked up and down the stairs 30 times. So I guess that counts for something!

Today I did Jessica's workout for straight shapes. I like that one because it's all strength and has a lot of triceps work as well as lower body.

Cynthia, great news about your DD's health!

Lynn, I really hope the migraine wave has stopped.

Diana, are you enjoying your new lifestyle?

Yay, finished the 21 days of kettlebells. I'm done with the abs challenge. Quitting. Yesterday I held Plank and boat pose for 70 seconds each, did 76 scissor twists and 66 single leg lifts. I'm not sure they're best for working abs. They just made my hip flexors sore. Time to move on to something that's more effective & more fun.

barre 3 10 minutes as a warm up, then Lauren day 20 and 21 and done with the 21 days. I enjoyed it and actually joined the Playground for 3 months, but will definitely cancel as it is too expensive to do regularly. I may be over the migraine wave, though I have had a few more minor episodes, today is good so far. Lots of fronts coming in and out are causing problems. Also lots of drama at work.

Diana, hope your back is doing better.

Cynthia, that was a lot of abs. I tend to avoid ab challenges, though I know I should do them. Barre3 has a core challenge, which, of course, I have avoided. Maybe I will try part of it.

Cheryl, 6 miles in your house is quite something. You must have a big house! How is your DD managing this summer? Does she have stuff to do? Is she doing ok with the pandemic? I know a lot of kids are having trouble.
