I think the set was APY60. I was so excited to get my hands on it and I had to jump through hoops because it wasn't easily available even when it was still fairly new. I'm guessing because it didn't do well? I unloaded my set fairly quickly to someone who was just as excited as I had been.

IMHO, he was waaaay too preachy. I couldn't relax or get into it because he relentlessly talked or shared his version of cheesy wisdom. I didn't mind him in his single dvd but he may have just been trying too hard with this program. It kind of assaulted my senses. However, I do know that there were folks who liked it.

About six months ago, I saw two sets of APY60 in the Dallas Half Price Books Flagship store that is pretty near his studio. This store is where I got my set.

The HPB website might or might not show this in the inventory. I was suspicious that the online inventory is way off, so I checked at least five times, and my checks were always for exercise DVDs. So far, I've never found an exercise DVD listed online that I could see right there on the shelf in one of the stores.

If you want to see if you can get this, I suggest you call the Dallas store directly: (214) 379-8000. First ask them if they are one of the stores that take phone orders, then ship. (Corporate told me some stores do; some don't.) If they ship, tell them a friend saw two sets of APY60 there not long ago, and ask them to please check the shelf in the exercise DVD section rather than look on their computer.

We aren't going out to the stores these covid days, or else I'd go and snag it up for you if it's there.

I have the APY set. I really love the morning moves/daily blends on the 1st disc. A great way to do a quick warmup in the morning. Mostly tai chi based.

That being said, the guy never stops talking. And the classes are basically all sun salutation variations. I think I made it through week 3 before I had to stop (this was like 10 years ago). My wrists and shoulders couldn’t take it.

Thank you all for your replies. Decided that APY60 is not for me
. Know why I passed on it first time around. That said I do really like his Power Yoga Strength single DVD. What about his Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders DVD. Any opinions. All of you are always so helpful. Appreciated.
