WHFN FitPrime Pump

I have a few of these but this is the first I've tried. It was lovely, just right.
Since I have been completely ignoring Sagi all week I'm calling it a recovery week. Completely unplanned but my mind and body said to go for it. Hopefully I'll get back together with Sagi next week.

Bike ride - 30 min My first ride of this year. I the feel of speed. (And my knee was fine with it.)

Ran a 5K today. I don't have an exact time but, I did about what I normally do. I wasn't going for a PR. Part of the track was really muddy and I had to be careful not to have my shoes come off! LOL

5 Tibetan Rites (done slowly, on my own)

Qi Gong for Healthy Joints & Bones (Lee Holden).

I put these two together and they are wonderful complementary routines. The 5 Tibetans is very tough on some of the joints (especially shoulders and wrists) and qi gong feels very soothing as a sort of cooldown.

yes, I was trying to make up for not working out all week.

on Tuesday I had the blue spider veins removed from my shins and calves (hereditary) this will last approximately two years at least but they told me not to exercise until Saturday.
My legs look so nice now. Wow
