I've been doing a CLX and Insanity rotation for the last 2 months.
For the first 3 weeks, I did CLX almost as is. I eliminated the cardio workout, because it is very similar to Insanity, and added the other CLX strength/cardio in its place. I did Insanity as is for the first 3 weeks. After week 3 it started getting pretty tough doing a full CLX rotation and a full Insanity rotation, so I eliminated the second round of Insanity workouts each week. In its place, I started Lisa Shaffer's 6 week kettlebell circuit, and I do her circuits the day I do CLX. For example, I do a cardio warm up, 3 sets of Shaffer's circuit that I have scheduled that day, CLX, and 2 more sets of Shaffer's circuit. I really like my current rotation. The kettlebell circuits are equally intense without the impact. I started Lean this week, and next week is the end of Insanity and Shaffer's 6 week circuit.
