I think I am over Cathe

I just tried the Cardio and Legs premix of Drill Max tonight. I haven't done this ( or any Cathe other than KPC ) in months because I have been doing other things, mainly kettlebell, BOSU, med ball and Val Slide workouts.

Well I forgot how much of the intensity in Drill Max depends on impact which I cannot do. Because of kettlebell workouts, I have completely lost patience with Cathe. Too much impact, too many reps, too much isolation, too much equipment.

I ordered shock cardio and hopefully the impact can be modified. I still really like Kick Punch Crunch and probably will never get rid of it or butts and guts but my tastes are changing...

I did the 3 month STS rotation when it first came out and liked it. Then I did CLX 3 month rotation and really loved that. No dread factor and I was able to add more core work since the workouts were shorter. I have been confused about what rotation to do next and after reading some posts I decided I'd do the STS undulating rotation. Well...I started with Meso 3 week 1 as suggested and could only get about half way through because I was so BORED!! The workout is tough but that's not why I stopped. The tedium of doing four sets of the same exercises was killing me! I popped the disc out and popped in CLX Burn 1. I'm starting CLX again...for now

I here you. I've decided to just put STS away and try again either in the fall or winter. I've been doing CLX since January and have yet to bore of this series.
