I taught Essentrics this morning & I also did some cardio & yoga.
Sue - Foot pain is tough! I’m dealing with a plantar fasciitis flare in one foot. It is slowly getting better & I have no idea what triggered it. An arch support like this has been helpful, I wear it for barefoot workouts & sometimes in a shoe if there’s room for it. It’s just a compression sleeve: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This one is good too, but I prefer the above one: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Sue, have you tried any of Jill Miller's Yoga Tune Up practices for feet? I use Pinky Balls instead of her Yoga Tune Up balls. My feet were bothering me last night and I did some work...it does help me.
Sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnKuEygjzXQ&t=24s I like the routine on her "On Demand Pain Relief".
