Hey all! I've a newfound love of Essentrics so I'd love to join you. I've been doing some multiple times per week since the end of September and I'm deliciously sore. I don't know if I've "gotten" it better than I ever have in the past, or what, but I'm definitely enjoying it! This morning for the first time ever (I tore off the shrink wrap) I did Miranda's 2008 Essentrics dvd -- well, I did the upper body + posture half hour. I will try to work my way through the others in the next week or so, but I am finding that I like the longer Essentrics workouts too.
Jackie, I'm curious.... upthread you said something about how you've noticed how some of the moves have evolved over the years. I may not be paraphrasing correctly. Anyway, I'm wondering if you could say more about how you think it's changed. I definitely felt a difference between the 2008 Essentrics vs. more recent, but I think that may have had to do more with it being Miranda vs. Sahra. Thanks to all of you for inspiration.......
