All I'm doing now are old workouts! I went "shopping" in my collection after reassessing my needs and I'm so glad I did!!
I pulled out about 20 Method and Jennifer Kries workouts to do. I'm also doing Ballet Bootcamps 1, 2 and Stretch as well as Suhaila's Bellydance Fusion, especially the Buns workout.
A couple of my Jennifer's are from 1996.
These are really classics and unique. So many of the newer workouts are all the same. Blah. I've got about 25 or more workouts to rotate through now and I'm loving it!!
