Marika, you can add an intense cardio session on Tuesday, which is a day off. Since the strength workouts are short, you might be able to add cardio after your workouts. I personally always do a 15-20 minute cardio workout prior to my strength workouts, and depending how I feel, will add more cardio after my strength workouts. You can also sub an Insanity workout for Saturday's workout.
Chalene's cardio workouts is very similar to Insanity, but you might want to give the CLX cardio and strength/cardio workouts a try first. They are very good workouts.
