So, I'm ready to get up off my butt, and drop the 5lbs 2020 put on me (yep it wasn't me it was 2020
) and the 20lbs I'd like to drop on top of that.
So I use to do Cathe rotations off and on, sometimes subbing either cause I didn't have that video, or I wanted to do something else for what Cathe had down. I plan on still doing some subbing, cause I love my Peloton so I'll do it for a cardio at least once.
Just looking to see what your favorite Cathe rotations.
