The only portion I use of 4DS is the double step cardio premix. I was so happy that Cathe went for a bit more complex choreography, as I was let down in BM2 and LIC.
Funny how we're all different - but there's something for everybody.

i never use the cardio sections.... don't really care for any of them...
however i used the weight sections with my cycling last fall/winter (til STS came out) and plan to use it again this coming winter... the weight sections are perfect for that! AND you get just as good, if not better results than STS in 1/2 the time!

I didn't realize the weight segments were 30 minutes. I'm planning on using this set again in September. I'm back in school so I'm lucky if I get 30 minutes to workout so I think maybe I'll do a 3 day split with cardio on the inbetween days.
This is so typical of me. I haven't even finished my current rotation and I'm planning the next. Although, to my credit, I actually did finish my last all Firm rotation. |

Cardio
I've been using this set again but haven't really done the weight work in it, thought it was longer than 30 min's, maybe I need to take a closer look.
I have been doing the cardio though, at least the Bootcamp & Kickbox love those workouts and thanks about the step work and doing it stepless, I used to love step but don't any longer but sounds good using it without the step
