You're right! My table incorporate: kickboxing, any other martial arts sport, step,plyometrics, Body pump, dancing, running, stretching, swimming etc...
Barre is boring I am afraid for me. Plus it does not do much in terms of burning calories and building muscles. It does not do much in terms of body composition improvement despite many people claiming it slims bodies. sorry I am not striving to raise anothe debate here
