Just found this one, too. I don't think it's for me, but it looks like a lot of solid basic workouts. She seems to target women over 40, but I don't know why.

If you don't mind, please let me know what you think about her workouts if you try them.

There are so many good workouts/instructors available on youtube. I'm a little overwhelmed now with so many choices!

I did one of PJ's workouts today- 15 minute cardio to lose belly fat for women over 40- as an add-on to KCM's Athletic Step from Cardio blast.

First- She had a gorgeous german shepherd lying next to her for the workout.
Second- She says very early in the intro that you cannot spot reduce to lose belly fat, but that doing cardio will help burn fat all over.

Okay, to the workout. 15 minutes of heart pumping cardio that was no joke.
4 rounds of 4 moves done for 30 seconds.
split jump lunge
walk-outs/push-up/walk back/squat jump
side lunge with jump
predator jumping jacks

Finisher- 4 rounds (30 seconds w/ 10 second break) of planks where you jump your feet in and back out.

Tough 15 minute workout. She shows modifications and is encouraging. No music, but I was breathing so hard it didn't matter.

I will try more of her workouts.

Thank you! I didn't expect them to be so intense!

I think since it was only 15 minutes it was intense. Well it was intense for me as I'm better at strength than cardio. I'm curious to try a longer workout to see if the intensity is lower. Also, I want to try some of her strength workouts, too.

I'm not a dancer, but for those of you who love dance workouts, this is a sneak peek to a live workout tomorrow morning that looks like fun:

I've been doing a few of her workouts lately. I thought, well it's for women over 40, so this should be a somewhat "easier" workout. Wow! I had the worst DOMS I have had in years after one of her lower body workouts. I have really enjoyed the ones I've tried so far.
