Thank you for getting us started, Laura! Maxine cracks me up!
Today should be cool but sunny - planning on giving Gus a nice walk this morning. A friend is celebrating a baby shower this afternoon, so I'll be on FB for that - it's not in person. I also need to stop by the hardware store to pick up some seasonal stuff like a new furnace filter.
Laura, so how is your parent's catfish prepared - breaded, fried, baked? I don't think I've eaten much catfish in the past. Yay on making progress in the craft room!
Paula, I know that turtle is FAST! I'm careful around it and use a net or stick to reach things in the tub rather than reaching my arm or fingers - we did have someone get bitten badly when they were scraping some dead insects off the filter with a finger
. I consider my home a young one in this neighborhood - 49 years old. Most of the neighborhood was built in the early 1900s. My home replaced an older home that had a house fire. I am glad how "young" this home is
. I hope all goes well working with your contractor - it really helps with the timing and arranging of the workers coming in!
Waves to all (from >6 feet apart)!
