Classic Firm Volume 4? Yeah, definitely worth having - it is old, as you'll see with the leotards - needs a step, hand weights but I think it is a great workout in 42 minutes and definitely can be tough. It has a little dance routine at the end many describe as cheesy - I just love it.

It was not a favorite of mine & I gave mine away! If you like the newer shorter sections Firms you might like it. Example-Firm express like.

I have it and I like all three workouts on the DVD. They are also good for adding on to other workouts.

I have it and love it! It is more along the lines of the classic FIRMs..... yet it is broken in 3 20 min segments which for me is more doable on work days sometimes. It has a cardio, an AWT and a sculpt one. And moves slow enough on each that you can lift heavier. Which for some of the newer FIRMs may be hard to do.

I have this one and my favorite section is the pure cardio. It's not too hard to follow and fun. I like to add it to other workouts for a little extra.

I borrowed it from Kineticflix first and liked it so much I bought it during one of Totalfitnessdvds.com sale. They also had it at Ollie's for $4 not too long ago if you have one near you.

Wow, $5.85 on Amazon? For that price, yes, it is definitely worth having! I don't do it too often because I do think it's kind-of easy and doesn't modify up very well (to me anyway). I gave away most of my newer Firms but kept this one because I love Allie and because it is good for a lighter day. And like Carol said, the workouts can make great add-ons too.
