Thanks Sherry! I slept better last night.

I also have a bit of a lighter day work-wise today. I'm teaching yoga at 5:30 and then staying for the 7 pm candlelight class.

{{{Beth}}} sending hugs.

I was bone tired and frustrated after work, almost didn't do anything. I wanted some standing up gentle movement again and remembered Shiva Rea's Fluid Power which has some nice flowing, meditative segments. I have to go through my Shiva collection and determine once and for all which ones I can realistically do anymore.

Happy day everyone!

I'm doing Barre later but haven't decided which one. Maybe The Bar Method Beginner's with Joey. He's very good at frying my thighs.

Sherry - I'm off my vitamins until after surgery. What a relief! If we ever get sunshine I'll have to go outside. My SO takes 18 vitamins and amino acids at one time without water. I need 20 oz of water to get down five.

Beth - Candlelight yoga sounds nice on this dark dreary day.

The man will work tomorrow night but will be here before or after he sleeps on Thanksgiving. I hope he sleeps first instead of driving after working all night. He wants pancakes so I don't have to cook much. Wasn't planning on it.

Pat, "bone tired and frustrated after work" sounds very familiar! Today was a lighter day but still exhausting due to drama. I am very much looking forward to a 5 day break!

Linda, pancakes for Thanksgiving sounds .

Thank Paine. As Linda said, it's dark & dreary, so I am looking forward to it!!!

Pat, this recipe blog showed up in my Facebook feed. The recipe is down at the bottom of a very long post. It looks like something you would enjoy:

Hi all!

Sorry some of you are stuck with gloomy days. At least here it is bright and sunny.

Monday's Workout: Continuing with Jessica Smith's Healthy For the Holidays rotation, I did the Cardio Interval Abs mile from her Walk On 6 Mile Mix. Since that was so short, I added on the 15-minute Total Stretch from Walk Strong 3.

Today's Workout: Barefoot Cardio Core from Walk Strong 3. Those of you who like 360 Abs would like this one too!

I only really have two more workouts left on this rotation -- after those, then the rest day and wild card day, I am done! I definitely enjoyed a month of mostly Jessica (and the convenience of a written schedule), but want a new theme for December. Just ordered five more Margaret Richard DVDs! It's a long story, but Margaret sent out an email allowing us to choose five DVDs for $40 including shipping. I'm told my package will be mailed out tomorrow. So I'll have to figure out how to incorporate those.

Waving to all!

Hello mat mavens!

Yesterday’s workouts:
~7 km walk
~Hip & leg stretches finishing with figure 4 at the wall & legs up the wall

Today’s workouts:
~Taught Essentrics on zoom
~20 min rebounding & 15 min gliding
~Jessica’s WO 21 Day: Tred & Shred - Sandra has inspired me to spend more time with Jessica and I’m enjoying it!
~Active release to hips - I found some small foam balls I bought ages ago. I think they are for playing street hockey as the package has an NHL symbol on it. They are a bit bigger than golf balls, not as hard as YTU hell balls, lol. They worked well but they are more intense than the Petrone balls.

Beth & Pat - Sorry you’ve both had rough days. (((Hugs)))

Sherry - Those recipes look yummy! I assume Alice’s zoom classes will be around 60 minutes. Did you decide to buy? I bought both as the latest flows I’ve done have had quite a lot of standing moves.

Waves to all!

Talking

Pam, I may buy the Bellyfit classes. I am undecided on the flow. I rarely do hour long yoga, and I have so much yoga already.
