Good compromise. It's not an easy one either!

Tuesday
Bi's & Tri's of Rota DONE
Didn't match weights, especially on triceps, but came close on biceps.
HATE using weights with bands (can't hold them with my small hands), but have BodyLastics so stepped up the band strength instead.

Have dread factor for tomorrow - don't like repeating, and it's HIIT - High Impact, again. So a repat (ugh) AND a hard one. It'll be a 'suck it up and do it' night.

NOW (8:57) it's time for an evening walk/jog with Alice - she's keen!

Helen, I was looking over the schedule and I think we do Perfect High Impact HIIT like 4 times, All Out Low Impact HIIT twice and Perfect Low Impact HIIT twice, if I remember right. Ugh.

I'm off to do a double up. By tmrw I should be exactly a week behind to pick back up after Thanksgiving.

Just a quick post before I get into the kitchen to cook, I will post my workout later.

Helen - I'm behind on my posting by my workouts are getting done every AM. Not sure how/why I didn't post a 4th week but will come Mon. Thanks for the shout out.

Vannie - So sad about Leslie. It hit me kinda hard considering I don't do that much of her stuff. Tragic.

Sandy - Enjoy whatever you decide you want to eat.

XTrain rotation is pretty intense so kuddos to Helen and Vannie for taking it on. I hope Perfect 30 is a bit of a respite. I was happy with a lot of the shorter premixes. I can't imagine going back to some of her longer workouts. I am considering Lauren Brooks' Be Slam 2 since I think it's whole body workouts in a 30 min time frame. It's been on my radar for over 4 years as per my google search. Keeping an eye on the special doubt I'll indulge much.

I did it! Perfect 30 High Impact HIIT was tough but I didn't hate it. If my fitness level was higher I would think it was really fun (although maybe not for once a week). I was really surprised I could mostly keep up bc I have been feeling like the other workouts so far have been kicking my butt. There were a few times I modified bc my feet aren't used to that much jumping but overall it went well. Yesterday I was feeling down about my weight and how out of shape I am but I tried to spin it to positive today: if I'm that out of shape then I should see some results more quickly! After HIIT I did Mobility Basics plus bonus core. I liked Mobility and it was easy for me. Core work was tougher and I couldn't do the banana hold thing, the first exercise, but I modified and moved on.

I have my last ALS support group in an hour and a half then I'll be putting together some main dishes for the holiday wknd. Leftovers for supper tonight, yay!

Buff, I've never done any of Lesley's practices but I saw she has a couple beginner challenges I may try not that I'm a beginner with yoga but bc they fit that morning timeframe nicely.

Sandy, you know me, the staples for baking are always in my house! I buy flour and sugar in 10 lb bags. Usually I have some degree of self control but this year has just been bad for that and getting worse. By my birthday next year I want to be 15-20 lbs lighter.

Helen, you could always sub in a different HIIT workout if you get tired of the repeats.

Thanks, Sandy. I can't believe the year is almost over! I admit the year 2020 excited me bc of how I love numbers but it quickly became a year I will be happy to see go away.

She has a 2 hatha yoga challenges that are nice and gentle. Nothing special but nice none the less. Probably best just mixed in.

Thanks for the feedback, buff. I like fitting in a short practice before the day starts so I will plan on doing these. I had never tried doing a quick soon-as-I-get-out-of-bed practice until Kassandra's challenge but found I really enjoy it!

My aunt was tested on Saturday bc she was feeling terrible, she thought bronchitis which she has had before, but she ended up in the ER Monday night feeling very weak and with high fever. A rapid test showed positive for covid. Her O2 was 95 though and her lungs are clear so they didn't admit her. Yesterday morning she said she was feeling better. My uncle took her back to the ER a little bit ago.
