My workout yesterday was ICE Low Impact Sweat workout 1 and core premix.

Vannie
- So sorry to hear about your uncle and aunt.

Cher, Karjoy - I did manage to take a 45-minute nap so I felt a lot better the rest of the day. Bummer about the covid cases in your area. We have it relatively under control here. The cases have gone up since the summer but still not as bad as most states. Most people in VA wear masks and there isn't such a resistance as in states like the Dakotas.

Have a good day, everyone.

Thanks, all, for the condolences and prayers. 2020 needs to end.

This morning I did Qi Gong 30-day challenge day 7, Zumba (same one as yesterday), Crossrope 14-Day Beginner challenge day 9 and the 10 minute shoulder fix from YTU Upper Body Series. I discovered my shoulders aren't up to jumping rope two days in a row. I was hoping to finish the challenge this week but I'll have to switch to every other day till I build up shoulder endurance. I was overslept this morning and am tired so heading to bed soon. Cyric was back to himself today so I am very grateful for that. I love that weird little dog so very much!

Vannie sorry about your uncle passing away. My thoughts are with you.

Rest day for me today. Yesterday I ran 5 miles after work. It is supposed to cool off again thank heavens.

Covid is really surging here though we still have a mask mandate and our city is
Not as bad as some. We do instant tests in our office and it seems that the percent + rate is ticking up. I now wear 2 masks at work all day. They are the lightweight papery kind of masks and pretty comfortable. I have a little breakout on my nose but it stays covered so no one knows!

It would be nice if we could erase 2020 altogether.

Night, kareng

Thank you Vannie. We appreciate it so much.

Yesterday’s workout was Perfect Pump Mish Mosh Upper & Lower premix. This was a nice premix. You did Back & Biceps, then some lower body exercises, then shoulders, then more lower body, then chest & triceps, then the rest of the lower body. It’s about a 54 minute premix. I did skip a couple exercises here and there to shorten it a little; although it probably wasn’t much shorter since I had to keep pausing to change weights anyway.

I’ll hopefully be back later to post and catch up here.

My workout yesterday was Ramped Up Upper Body.

Cher - How did your sister's scans go? Is your cousin doing any better? I'll have to try that Pump premix one day.

Karjoy
- Thank goodness for exercise as a stress reliever.

Vannie - I hope you are feeling better.

Gibbee
- Thinking of you.

Our governor is reimposing some restrictions for gatherings here. Starting tomorrow, we are now limited to 25 people per gathering (both indoor and outdoor) and they'll be enforcing the mask mandate more rigorously for indoor venues. Our numbers are still not that bad (18 cases per 100,000 tests) but there are a few hotspots.

Have a good day, everyone.
