XTrain Biceps & Triceps.

bzbnmom - which RWH rotation you're doing? I'm going to do the lower body circuit workout tomorrow. Are you still sore?

RWH Low Impact HiiT 2 + Abs 1
This was a nice workout but next time I'll probably do a longer premix. If I'd had more time, I would've added on today. I really enjoyed Abs 1. Abs 2 was harder but Abs 1 was more fun. I love how there're so different!

T2B - I'm feeling much better today. I chose to do Two-Month Entirely RWH. The Circuit workouts aren't scheduled in the first month and it's a 5-day, so I could put them in there (when I'm feeling brave and energetic). I look forward to reading your thoughts on LB Circuit tomorrow!

Body fit 360 dance conditioning....first time doing it and it was ok. It wasn't as intense as the original, but it did have more stretching and flexibility type moves, but I like the original much better
