Hump Day, Wednesday, December 17th Workouts!!!



RWH Rip It HiiT It Legs

Can't wait to do this one again. I went 1 weight cycle lower than Cathe, I could have matched her weights but the sweat factor was off the chain. I love the contrast training aspect of the workout. I don't remember STS Meso 3 Legs being as much fun (isn't that the most similar to this workout?).

Loved seeing Al in the workout; he did a great job!

Yoga Foundations - Workout 1

T2B - That is a good one! I'm pretty sore from doing it yesterday so I had to take it easy today. I like Al a lot too!

21 Day Fix Lower body. I just started this monday. Ive never done the program. I've have it since it came out. I've gained a few pounds since july and I figured I'd try it for 3 weeks and then Jan. 05 start my new Cathe DVD's.

I developed some tenderness in my left rotator cup. All I have been doing is ballet. So for the next few days I'm not moving my arms. Today was 10 Minute Solution Latin Dance.

Annoying, isn't it? I tweaked mine earlier this year and did a week of mostly cardio with my arms by my sides.
